Machine Sewing for Beginners
This course is ideal for those who just got their first sewing machine, but aren’t sure how to use it. Over the course we will explore exactly how it works by going through each part of it, and what came in the box with it. Week by week we will discover exactly what our sewing machines can do.
Over the duration of the course, each week we will produce a simple item together using the machine, and learn a sewing process, including buttonholes and zips.
By the end of the course you will have the confidence and skill to make your own items from scratch, developed a good relationship with your machine and its potential. You will also have a number of useful small items to use or give as gifts!
Allocate some time between each lesson to practice your new skills to get the best out of this course.
